I believe in the power of knowing yourself intimately and learning how to hold yourself safely. With the relationships I cultivate, personally or professionally, we do both. I have a unique perspective on treatment than others: I operate from a companion-based approach. We are in this together. I’ve been through my own share of pain and I pride myself on meeting you exactly where you are in your process. Everyone has their own pace and you are the expert when it comes to your own journey.

From grief, to intimate partner violence, to substance abuse, I will guide you into freedom from your circumstances, feelings, or beliefs so you feel a renewed excitement for life. With my educational and personal experience, I provide a safe and supportive holding space for your raw and authentic self.

I can’t wait to see a world where people slow down, take care of themselves and tune back into what’s really important and purposeful to fill their soul. This is what I’m really passionate about and advocate for as a foundation for personal growth.
